This hobby was the first one I ever took interest in way back when I was 2 years old and to this day, I still derive much enjoyment out of it. As a Art/Gundam channel, I figured Id share this and maybe enlighten some of you watching to dig deeper into this hobby yourself. Perhaps itll give you the same inspirations artistically as it has myself. Check out whats available on Ebay below and enjoy!

I just got back into scale models after not doing any for over 20 years. I have a 63 corvette that I definitely want to do a candy red on, and I think I'd like to try using this pre-shading effect to give it some "ghosted" racing stripes. My favorite effect was with the gold and gunmetal pre-shade.

This is a good video and I appreciate your candor and ethics. I used to paint tabletop battles minis for people on the side and professionally I have been programming websites (heavy database systems) for a couple decades. A number of times I have received the same request... build us a copy of this other site. Absolutely not and not because of copyright or trademark issues. It's just wrong.

Ive used some random acrylics for a long time and they work fine imo but i started using tamiya and theyre good too. For me tamiya paint dries and looks less shiny. Both are good so it doesnt really matter, whatever works is fine.

Well it seems chemistry or something is working against me because the Tamiya paint I tried, doesn't stick well and rolls to the sides of whatever I try to paint it on. Then when I try to "feather it on" or layer it, it clumps and gets ugly. This didn't really help out at all

Thank you for sharing. I do have a couple of questions if you can kindly help me with. I am thinking to start to go into airbrushing and I am looking to get a compressor, I am eyeing on Iwata Ninja or Silver Jet because I will have to do it on the balcony, hence I will be carrying the compressor in and out of the house whenever I am going to do airbrushing. 1. Some folks in the forum said it is best to get something with an air storage tank so that the pressure is steady. Since you are using Iwata Ninja, I would wanna know if the air flow is steady always? 2. The working psi for Iwata Ninja is 1-15, and required PSI for some paint type is around 20-30 ish, will Iwata Ninja be sufficient? 3. Which brand and model would recommend other than Iwata Ninja?
